Boasting over a quarter century of expertise in residential real estate construction (over 200 homes), sales and financing, Linwood has his unique qualification, confidence and perspective to guide EMC to its status as the "very best company in metro Jackson" to obtain a home loan. He is a true believer in the power of communication, whether it be educating the individual, his team members or the public. Linwood invariably returns his calls the same day and is an expert at finding the most appropriate loan for the client. His response to all interested clients is to invite them in and "see what they've got and what we can do that will serve your best benefit". All business relationships are personal to Linwood, and he demonstrates this through constant follow-up through the duration of the process, usually hammering out details several days before the closing in order to minimize surprises or mistakes. Deeply active in the community, his voice is recognized from the numerous radio shows he has directed and announce. He was director of the Jackson Mortgage Bankers Association, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has served on the Board of Directors for both the Home Builders Association of Jackson and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Mississippi. He belongs to the Jackson Association of Realtors and founded the Greater Jackson Business Network. As the corporation's President and Chief Executive Officer, he is always seeking ways to streamline internal processes and improve its ability to continue as a premier leader. April has been in the finance industry since 1989 with Green Tree Financial in Jackson till she moved 1992 to St. Paul, MN to work at their corporate office. Her beginning level as loan processor advanced quickly to loan processing supervisor and to team manager with 70+ employees. In 1997 GMAC took notice of her achievements and hired her as operations manager, where she advanced the department from 7+ to 30+ employees. Due to her family needing her in MS, she moved back in 1998. Her following carreer path went from branch manager with awards for outstanding volume to processing and loan origination, where her efficiency and reliability, as well as her industry knowledge was very welcomes. Executive Mortgage Corporation of Mississippi is very proud to have her being part of the team, in which she fullfills every part of the team effort with excellence. When she does not attend her customers needs, she loves to be with her husband and children and is always ready to make them the main part of her life.
Bill is a 2003 graduate of Mississippi State University and has been in the mortgage business ever since. As a younger mortgage lender Bill has participated in the Jackson area Young and Upcoming Professionals, Rankin County Chamber of Commerce, and Mississippi State Alumni Association. Being from the small community of Flora, MS, Bill understands the importance of a close and personal relationship with his customers and is an advocate of sound mortgage lending. In the past few years Bill has strived to help first-time home buyers not only secure their first home, but to educate his clientele on the mortgage process as a whole. He is quick to point out that he is readily available to his customers and is accessible 7 days a week. Bill is married and spends most of his time working, playing golf and hunting.
Paul is a McComb Mississippi born native. He has 7 years hands on experience in the Mortgage Banking Industry with various titles. Some of the awards he has earnerd consist of Producers Circle Recipient, Loan officer of the month (4 times), 2 Million Dollar Producer award and many more. His strong work ethic and committment to being accountable for his customers has earned him the trust of many clients and has made the difference as a loan officer. He is married and a father of 3 beautiful children. His motto is: Spend quality time with your children today so you won't have to regret not doing it later.
Sylvia Holoday sylvia@emcms.com Sylvia has been a professional in the business accounting world for 41 years. 14 of those years she managed the accounting department of a major Corporation. When she decided 9 years ago to put her expertise into the Mortgage Lending industry, Executive Mortgage Corporation of MS added another excellent professional to their staff. She handles and oversees this department with her calm and southern kindness, which is so appreciated by all clients and customers. When she enjoys her personal time outside the office, one mind find her on a deer stand as she loves to hunt and to celebrate the outdoors.
Marty Odom, a Clinton resident, is a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Originator for many years. Her experience shows a long history in the industry, that few can state to have accumulated. Executive Mortgage Corporation of Mississippi was proud to have her join the company, and welcomed her expertise to the team. She is known to customers for her calm and persistant way of handling any transaction as the most important to her. As a Mississippi native, she moved to Oklahoma for many years, but returned to her home state to be closer to her aging parents. Marty brings a balanced Happiness to the company, that clients and team member enjoy. The loves of her life are her husband Phil, her daughter Kristi and her best four legged friend 'Buddy".
Duayne Coulter duayne@emcms.com Duayne has been in the finance industry since 1993 starting off his career with Magnolia Federal Bank in Hattiesburg. He held various title working in all departments and through the merger with Regions Bank. Executive Mortgage Corporation of MS as well welcomed his experience as a Realtor, which gives him the added expertise and understanding of processing the application from start to finish. His highly organized work is so efficient, that there is hardly anything to improve on. Duayne is married and the proud father of 2 beautiful girls. He enjoyes spending his free time with his family and loves to work in the yard to relax. Jolynn Caston jolynn@emcms.com Jolynn filled an opening at Executive Mortgage Corportion of Mississippi, that the company looked to fill for some time. She is the friendly voice on the phone when you call the company and she makes sure every customer feels welcomed. As the office administrative assistant, she efficiently supports the originators and processors and keeps the flow of work going. Jolynn loves her little son so much, that she does not really want to follow another interest at this time. After many hours at the office every day, she is still happy and looks forward to spending her time with him and they both plan out the next weekend together.
