This, of course, works to your benefit, as you have the full attention of the entire office, guaranteeing that your loan closes when and at what rate we promised it would.

 Linwood Nooe
Boasting over a quarter century of expertise in residential real estate construction (over 200 homes), sales and financing, Linwood has his unique qualification, confidence and perspective to guide EMC to its status as the "very best company in metro Jackson" to obtain a home loan. He is a true believer in the power of communication, whether it be educating the individual, his team members or the public. Linwood invariably returns his calls the same day and is an expert at finding the most appropriate loan for the client. His response to all interested clients is to invite them in and "see what they've got and what we can do that will serve your best benefit". All business relationships are personal to Linwood, and he demonstrates this through constant follow-up through the duration of the process, usually hammering out details several days before the closing in order to minimize surprises or mistakes. Deeply active in the community, his voice is recognized from the numerous radio shows he has directed and announce. He was director of the Jackson Mortgage Bankers Association, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has served on the Board of Directors for both the Home Builders Association of Jackson and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Mississippi. He belongs to the Jackson Association of Realtors and founded the Greater Jackson Business Network. As the corporation's President and Chief Executive Officer, he is always seeking ways to streamline internal processes and improve its ability to continue as a premier leader.

 Melissa Manseill
Melissa's mortgage lending career began in Kosciusko in 1996 with Merchants and Farmer's Bank. Through a nine-year tenure in the loan processing department the foundation was laid for her vast knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional loans as well as a passion for this profession and the "people it services". After joining EMC in April of 2005 as Senior Loan Officer, she has continued her quest to be "one of the best" in her field. She presently bears the responsibilities of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer as well. She is emphatic when discussing the rewarding experience of building the empathy and rapport necessary to ease her clients through "one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives". She makes it her goal to provide a quick and hassle-free process, and views the relationship as much personal as it is professional. At the end of the day she gets a real sense of satisfaction in knowing that she has in some way been instrumental in helping her new "friends" achieve their dream of ownership. Deeply committed to her community, she serves as Secretary for the local Women's Council of Realtors, as well as Second Vice President for the Jackson chapter of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Mississippi. As an avid supporter of Mission Mississippi, she recently served as Co-Chairman of Sponsorship for their 2007 annual "Governor's Prayer Luncheon". Equally devoted to family, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her other interests include reading, travel, historic preservation, antiques, and interior design.

 Nate Salvo
Nate's been in the "People" business all his adult life. His relationships in business very much reflect his "people person attitude". After beginning his career as a sales rep in the Wholesale clothing industry and Xerox corporation, Nate entered the real estate profession and 21 years later made a seamless transition to the mortgage lending industry in 1996. Right away Nate was successful. Two years into the business he became General Manager of a company and totally responsible for all phases of Conventional, FHA and VA loans from originating to closing. When he came to Executive Mortgage in 2002, Nate brought his encyclopedic knowledge of the business, his people skills, and famously "hands on" work ethic to ensure the best service available to his customers. Nate presently serves as Vice President and Senior Loan Officer.
He is quick to point out his availability and accessibility to his customers - always dedicated to getting all of his customers on an even playing field in terms of ability to secure a home loan. Nate has helped thousands of families become home owners over his thirty years in the real estate and mortgage business, and notes that almost 100% of his business comes from referrals, a solid indicator of customer satisfaction with his emphasis on personal service.
Nate is married with two grown sons and four grandchildren. His favorite things are time with his family and grandchildren, traveling, and going to 50's & 60's car shows.

 Anita Nooe
Anita had accumulated over twenty years in the travel industry, in executive management, marketing, promotions, sales, and customer service prior to joining our team. She culminated a ten-year career with Bryan Tours/MTS Travel with a four year stint as International Travel Coordinator. Her combined body of experience as an administrator, manager and publisher has eased the transition into her new positions at EMC where she has assumed the responsibilities of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Mortgage Loan Officer. In her native Germany, she also demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit with her active ownership of a successful magazine.
In a quest to increase her knowledge in our industry, she has completed courses in Real Estate Basics and Mortgage Financing and has also gained certification through the Mississippi Association of Mortgage Brokers for successful completion of Residential Mortgage Lending.
Anita, like her husband, loves animals and is an avid supporter of C.A.R.A and the Mississippi Animal Rescue League. She also enjoys "a good meal", fishing, traveling, tennis and reading.

 Debera Riley
Debera has put her business administration knowledge from the University of Southern Mississippi to good use, holding purchasing/distribution responsibilities for thirty McRae's stores during two years at Proffit's, Inc. before being bitten by the mortgage bug in 1998. Between that time and her joining the firm in easily 2007, she has established a consistent, prolific record of thorough and accurate work. Indeed, in her first mortgage processing position, she earned a reputation for productivity and investor relations, chosen several times to travel across the South to sell loans to investors.
As both originator and processor, she has demonstrated proficiency in the successful completion of Conventional, FHA, VA and Rural Housing loans. She has expressed confidence in her ability as a negotiator and troubleshooter which - in turn - translates to company profitability.
A firm believer in "putting herself on the other side of the table" - assuming the homebuyer's point of view - she sets a goal of 100% client satisfaction. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, bicycling and attending her children's sporting events.
